1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

EventiQ Expo provides hotel booking and travel services, including but not limited to:

• Hotel reservations

• Group travel coordination

• Customer support for modifications, cancellations, and special requests

3. Booking Conditions

• A booking is considered confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive       a confirmation email from support@eventiqexpo.com.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate details, including personal information, payment details, and travel dates.

• Hotel room availability is subject to change, and we do not guarantee specific room types or views unless explicitly confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD ($) and may include applicable taxes and service fees.

• EventiQ Expo accepts multiple payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Payment must be completed  before  the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellations and modifications are subject to the following terms:

• Modifications or partial cancellations are subject to availability and may not be at the original contract rate.

• No fee for modifications or partial cancellations made 30 days before check-in.

• Within 30 days of check-in, modifications or partial cancellations incur a one-night charge plus taxes and fees.

• Full cancellations incur a 25% cancellation fee, which may be waived in exchange for a travel credit valid for 180 days at EventiQ Expo’s discretion.

• Group reservations (9+ rooms) may have a different cancellation policy.

• No cancellations allowed within 10 days of check-in. No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.

• All changes/cancellations must be requested via email at support@eventiqexpo.com.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking.

• Comply with hotel rules and policies during your stay.

• Not engage in fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

• Contact support@eventiqexpo.com immediately for any issues related to your reservation.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• EventiQ Expo acts as an intermediary between customers and hotels. We do not own or operate hotels and are not responsible for their services.

• We are not liable for hotel closures, overbookings, service disruptions, or any actions by third-party providers.

• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.), we will work to offer alternative arrangements but do not guarantee refunds.

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In case of a dispute, customers should first contact our support team at support@eventiqexpo.com.

• If an issue cannot be resolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of [United States Of America].

• Any legal claims must be filed within one (1) year of the dispute.

EventiQ Expo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
