Modifications or partial cancellations can be requested, EventiQ Expo will use its best efforts to accomplish those requests, but does not guarantee that such modifications or partial cancellations can be made, or that they can be made at the original contract rate.
If any reservation is modified or partially cancelled prior to 30 days before the check-in date, no fee will be assessed therefore, but each modification or partial cancellation made within 30 days prior to check- in will incur a charge equal to your contract price of one night’s accommodation, plus any additional taxes, fees and/or costs incurred by EventiQ Expo as a result of the modification.
If the entire reservation is cancelled, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of your total contract price. This fee is not a penalty but is a liquidated damage to compensate EventiQ Expo or services performed on your behalf yet EventiQ Expo reserves the right to waive this cancellation fee at any time at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis by providing a travel booking credit equivalent to the cancellation fee amount to be used through EventiQ Expo valid for 180 days from issuance date, in case booking 9+ rooms this will be considered group reservations and different cancellation policy may apply.

No cancellations whatsoever will be accepted after 10 calendar days prior to the check-in date and EventiQ Expo provides no credit or refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
